There are no tryouts and no cuts...ever. Please do not be concerned if your child has never played lacrosse. We have players of all abilities in all our programs. Please read the AYL Mission for more on our program's philosophy.

Classic 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8...formerly U9, U11, U13 & U15 - Boys and Girls, 1st grade - 8th grade.

As a member of the MBYLL (Boys) and MBGLL (Girls) our seasons typically run from March to June.  There are no "A/B/C" teams. They are evenly balanced. Both boys and girls at all levels play neighboring towns home and away.  Games are predominantly on Sundays with a few weeknight games.  Practices are typicaly twice a week.  As a member of both MBYLL and MBGLL, the focus is on developing the player and teaching them the game of lacrosse.  No scores or standings are kept and the seasons end with a Lacrosse Jamboree with all participating programs coming together for a day long outing.

Select 5/6 & 7/8...formerly U13 & U15 - Boys, 5th grade - 8th grade.

Geared towards players with the skill, commitment and desire to play at a higher level and who are committed to playing lacrosse as their primary sport in the spring season.  It is in addition to existing MBYLL program.  This program encourages competition, scores and standings are kept.  The season ends with a playoff.  Games will be played on either Friday or Saturday and there may be practices.
